Life Coaching is about you: what do you want to do with your life, how do you want to interact with other people, how do you achieve your dreams.
Here are just a few of the themes: career, work-life balance, big life changes, interpersonal relations ...
Business Coaching is about you work life. Individual business coaching is about how you reach your goals at work, how you adapt changes at work and your co-operation with others.
Coaching a group of people, i.e. a team can be very effective if there is a common goal to reach or if there are co-operation issues within the team.
Coaching is a way to focus your thoughts, feelings and activities to reach a certain goal.
As a certified Business and Life Coach, I can help you to develop many areas of your business and personal life.
Many consultants propose a solution and then leave you to implement it. However a coach stays with you to help you implement the changes, new skills, and techniques to make sure they really happen.
Through discussions and exchanges, we will start by focussing on what you want to achieve. We determine together what is really important for you. We will then focus on what prevents you from reaching your goals and finally how you can actually reach them.
Experience has shown me that Coaching is a very efficient way of clarifying your goals and ultimately reaching them.
In my experience there are no such things as quick fixes.
So I believe that you have to work for it, that you have to be motivated and that you need to invest some time and energy in yourself.
Sometimes you just need a bit of help to get up again.
So when you check in for coaching with me, we start with an introduction: I will explain how we procede during the coaching sessions. We then talk about yourself and what you would like to work on before actually starting the coaching session.
A basic course with me consist of 2 sessions;
the introductory session (2 hours) and the
follow up session (1 ½ hour).
After the introductory session, if we feel that more time and more sessions are needed, we evaluate the need for any additional coaching.
